Senior Masterbuilder Paul Waller has poured his expertise into replicating every nuance of Frusciante’s beloved guitar. From the authentically faded and gracefully aged nitrocellulose lacquer finish to the meticulously replicated wear and contours of the alder body, this Fender Stratocaster embodies the spirit of a true rock and roll icon. Every ding, dent, and scar has been faithfully recreated, offering players the tangible sensation of holding a piece of music history.

The foundation of this exceptional Fender Stratocaster lies in its premium tonewoods and classic specifications. The resonant two-piece select alder body, coupled with an early ’60s “C” profile rift-sawn maple neck and a slab rosewood fingerboard, mirrors the sought-after features of golden-era Stratocasters. These vintage appointments are crucial in achieving that signature Stratocaster sound. Further enhancing the sonic authenticity are a trio of Abigail Ybarra Hand-Wound Stratocaster pickups, complemented by an Ilitch Electronics Hum-Canceling system. This combination delivers the warm, articulate, and expressive tones that are instantly recognizable as Frusciante’s sonic hallmark, while minimizing unwanted noise.

Furthering its vintage accuracy, this Fender guitar features a 7.25″ radius fingerboard and 21 narrow tall (6105) frets, providing the comfortable and familiar feel of a classic Strat. Vintage Strat wiring and a 5-way switch offer traditional tonal versatility. The vintage-style synchronized tremolo and tuners, along with a bone nut and wing string tree, ensure authentic performance and tuning stability.
