This includes any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water damage, normal wear and tear, or damage incurred during transportation. Warranty on Moving Parts of Bass and Bass Guitar Cases
For components of your bass and bass guitar cases that experience regular use, such as zippers, retractable handles, and wheels, Gator Cases provides a warranty for one year from the original purchase date. After this initial year, we continue to support our products by offering field replaceable parts at no cost for the lifetime of the product. While replacement of these parts is free, please note that after the first year, repair services involving moving parts will be subject to a charge.

For Gator Cases products that include electronic components, such as powered pedalboard cases or accessories with built-in electronics for bass and bass guitars, we offer a ninety-day manufacturer’s warranty on all electronics. Gator Cases remains committed to supporting our products, even those that are no longer in production. For discontinued items, we continue to offer parts and replacements for a period of one year from the date the product is no longer commercially available from Gator Cases, or for one year from your original purchase date, whichever is later. After this one-year period, while the product is considered outside of its standard lifecycle warranty, we will still endeavor to assist customers with part replacements if we have the necessary components or suitable substitutes available. Circumstances That Void Your Bass and Bass Guitar Case Warranty
Please be aware that the Gator Cases warranty for your bass and bass guitar cases will be considered void under the following conditions:
- If any maintenance or repairs are improperly performed or carried out by a service center not approved by Gator Cases.
- If any Gator Cases products are used in a rental capacity. Our warranty is intended for products owned and used by individual musicians.
