What is the Warranty Coverage on ESP Parts and Electronics, Including Hardware?
The ESP Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defective parts for one year from the original purchase date. The guitar must be purchased NEW from an Authorized ESP Dealer, and the warranty applies only to the original owner with proof of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in ESP guitar hardware and electronics. For warranty replacement parts, contact your authorized ESP dealer with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage to hardware from external factors. TOP

No, our cases are designed for each model to provide the best fit and protection within standard hardshell case dimensions. Initially, you might need to gently work the guitar into the case until the plush interior conforms to the instrument shape.
A snug fit in an ESP case is intentional and helps secure the guitar and protect the ESP guitar hardware during transport. As the case lining compresses slightly with use, the fit will become more comfortable. Ensure the guitar is properly seated in the case before closing it to avoid any undue pressure on the hardware.
